Balcón del Cielo rural apartments are located in the heart of the Natural Park of Sierra Nevada, in the Alpujarra of Granada, 4 km from Trevélez, the highest town in Spain, thus being able to enjoy an unequaled silence and peace. We have a spring water swimming pool, so you can take a refreshing swim after doing one of the many hiking  trails in Trevelez,  or after a horseback ride in Sierra Nevada Natural Park or even after a day of climbing. Come and enjoy Alpujarra gastronomy  and its well known cured ham  with appellation of origin. 

Apartments

Our rural apartments are fully equipped so that you can enjoy a perfect stay. We have apartments for two people (from 55 euros / night) and for families with children (from 79 euros / night). All apartments have a kitchenette with ceramic hob and fridge, living room with TV and chimney, bedrooms and bathroom. You can enjoy stunning views of the Trevélez River valley from all rooms. We also have a seasonal pool with spring water. All of our clients agree that they have felt at home. Or even better.

What to do?

Relax

Disconnect from routine, noise, rush, pollution and your brain. Stay in your apartment to enjoy the views and tranquility in front of the fireplace or in the spring water pool ... In short, doing nothing is the best you can do.

Gastronomy

A ham dish denomination of origin, a good dish from Alpujarra, a local wine, a trout, its honey and goat and sheep cheeses, some migas and fig ice cream ... Let yourself be seduced by the Alpujarra gastronomy!

Climbing

If you like to climb, you are in luck because for the past few months we have been riding a climbing school with more than 15 routes that go from 6a to 7c, in an ideal area to be at any time of the year. You will love it! Enjoy our best kept secret ...

At the foot of the highest peaks of the Sierra Nevada the Trevélez drying rooms are a must.

Trevélez is famous for its hiking trails of all levels. There are few who come to climb the Mulhacen through Siete Lagunas ... Beautiful route.
